Status: Update.
This morning Rich and I revisited this mark, curious how it could have been damaged or removed as indicated in the previous log. We were pleased to find that the mark is still intact on the northwest wingwall of the north abutment of the bridge over Decker Creek. There may have been a mixup with the opposite corner of the bridge (the southeast wingwall of the south abutment), where the concrete wingwall was indeed damaged.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1959 AT KIMBLES. 0.05 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG A GRAVEL ROAD FROM THE STEEL BRIDGE OVER THE RAILROAD AT KIMBLES, ALSO 2.9 MILE NORTH ALONG GRAVEL ROAD T367 FROM THE JUNCTION OF U.S. HIGHWAY NO 6 AND T367. SET IN TOP OF THE NORTH WEST WINGWALL FOR THE NORTH ABUTMENT OF A 30 FOOT BRIDGE OVER DECKER CREEK, 180 FEET SOUTH OF A T GRAVEL ROAD, 15 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF THE ROAD AND ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE ROAD.
